Accounts are created by an admin in the Supabase dashboard (Authentication → Users → Add user). There's no self-signup here on purpose, so only your team can edit records.
People connected to this owner (family, nominees) who might contact the team even if the registered owner doesn't — searching any of these names on the map will find this parcel too.
